As your Senator:

• Advocate for greater research opportunities, including cross-faculty research

• Focus on creating career support pathways and increased resources, including networking, events, and partnerships

• Serve on budget committee to fight for better use of graduate tuition (back into our own programs!)

• Expand Innovation UBC to better support student-run companies and start-ups

• Push for the PhD and graduate stipends to be tied to the CPI

• Ensure graduate students are informed about what their senate reps are doing through op-eds and monthly newsletters

There is much more I hope to do on the Senate this upcoming year, and I look forward to meeting with students and groups accross campus to ensure their voices and oppinions are heard in my advocacy.
